Am I the only one that finds the way Avery speaks to her mom disgusting.

Believe me, you're not the only one. I normally really do like Avery's character and dislike Ellen's, but there has never once been a reason for her to speak the way to her mother like she has in some episodes.

Beside when she snapped on her in the Dog with a Hog episode and in the one when Ellen and Chloe were hanging out a lot, I don't see what you mean.

I think you forgot the one where Bennett and Ellen didn't allow Avery to be on that Buddy Bop website.

She was fairly respectful all things considered until her parents started being idiots and posting things for her which she was more then justified in freaking out about.

She is a smart well behaved kid whose good behaviour is being taken for granted and is just hitting the age at which kids rebel anyways so its not out of the question. Not sure which episode you are referring to. She tends to be fairly sarcastic to everyone, and most of the times I have seen her being overly rude to her mother she deserved it on some level.
