One, they may not have had the funds to buy the rights to use the song in the episode. Two, it could create a problem with parents by having a song titled "Let's Get It On" in a kids' show.
Let's Get It On is one of those overused songs in movies and TV shows that has become shorthand for telling the audience that the characters are about to get it on.

Also the Marvin Gaye estate is probably a bit sensitive to others using his songs after the whole "blurred lines" court case. Or maybe Disney was aware of the fact that Gaye's people got millions for Robin Thicke and Pherrell copyright violation
shareI seriously doubt Disney would've used the song without getting the rights first. Disney is always super serious about protecting their own rights. And I'm sure the rights were way too expensive for a small scene on a DC sitcom.
