I Just Saw This

I was very impressed. It was low budget, but they squeezed everything they could out of the money they had. Tank (Nicole Alonso) did a very good job as the kick-ass, tough girl marine (or whatever part of the military she was in). Not meaning to sound perverted, but I'm glad she stripped down do her panties. lol She has a nice body. Her acting was very good, and the emotion she put into the scenes I thought was also very accurate. The script seemed limited on dialogue, but she didn't need to say much, because her facial expressions conveyed what she was going through. I'm not one who cares much for the tight confines of the tunnels, but they made it work pretty much for the film. However, I think it was a little repetitious with all the crawling that had to be done. Still, the acting was better than a lot of the big budget projects out there - hello, Transformers. lol.

One of the peeps who wrote a review on this board said throw some money to these people. I agree. Based on what they did with this production, I think they are the kind of film makers that can make a little money go a long way. Imagine what this movie would've been like had they put $1mil or $2mil into it. I'll be looking forward to seeing what they do next. The horror genre needs all the help it can get. :)

Alright, I'm going to watch this movie solely based on your post. If I don't agree and find this movie a waste of time, I'm going to hunt you down.

I'm so sick of prequels, sequels, and remakes.

I couldn't agree more. Did you happen to notice that it's the same basic plot as Children of Men?

Soylent Green is people!

If you did indeed watch this just on the Op recommendation then I assume you are extremely annoyed with him/her. The film crew reviews weren't enough they had to bomb the damn message board with their biased crap also, no shame these days, none.

With this film I totally take back my initial comment, I mistook this for yet another one of "those" film projects that seem to hit the IMDb in an almost attack like fashion with glowing 10 star reviews and super positive comments, I seem to come across one almost daily. This film was very impressive all around, acting, cinematography and sound were really a cut above for the level of production costs available. To me this was easily a solid 6.5/10, it manages to achieve exactly what it set out to do, which is far more than the usual stuff that comes across my screens.

I'm an indie film lover, while I watch all budgets, there is a lot to be said about making a quality film with a few grand compared to making a so so or horrible film with $10+ million which is the often unfortunate case.

Thought it was a good idea but at least 30min too long they built up good tension in the first 40 minutes to get the idea across. This would be great as one of those old school 2-3 shorts on one viewing.

4.5/10
