Can someone explain the Z-pak part to me?

When Mark tells Leslie Mann's character to take the Z-pak, how does that let her know he is lying to her?

Kate Upton's character told Mark that she had chlamydia and he would be taking zpak for it.

agreed. he was worried that he might have contracted chlamydia and passed it on to his wife, so he'd preemptively gotten a prescription to deal with it.

He kept lying to her and she realized that he would KEEP lying to her. Remember; she was wanting to trust him again.

He told her he was sick. So for her NOT to get sick, he asked her to take the pak knowing he didn't want her to find out he was sleeping around.
