What are chimichangas? Was the remark Liam Neeson made about them to Vincent D'Onofrio about his partner meant to be an insult?

It's like a burrito. Meant to be an insult since that restaurant didn't serve Mexican food.

sometimes the chimichanga is a fried beef, curizo or pollo burrito ... but I don't want to spoil the surprise!
