It was on the side of the law enforcement car that showed up at the compound with the official-looking black woman. I can figure out that maybe the "R" stands for "reform" and the "J" maybe for "juvenile" but not the rest of the acronym. Thanks!

shareThe name of the rehabilitation center was coldwater, and the company that owned the center was AJRS... So it's probably some corporate acronym, not an acronym for the center itself..
