The Colonel (SPOILER ALERT)
I did not understand how the Colonel got off so easily with just a shot to the chest. He is pretty much the mastermind of this camp and showed no remorse over his actions. He even said to Jensen that he can easily pick up and make another camp.
I wish he could have at least suffered the same tortured fate as his trustees, if not more.
