This show has become unwatchable.. I have no idea what is going on and tonight's Arrow-less episode was just terrible..
shareThe first two seasons were fantastic, but it’s been sliding downhill since Season 3. It’s gone below ground at this point, EXCEPT for the unexpected presence of Adrian Paul.

shareYes, he is Dante, leader of The Ninth Ring, obvious homage to Dante Allegherie’s Divine Comedy, and its nine rings (circles) of Hell, of which the 9th ring is reserved for Hitler and his ilk. You and I both know that the writers can’t rise to this level of allusion, but Paul is a MASSIVE and unexpected presence in this drowning series! Without a great antagonist, drama has nothing. With a handsome (because handsome/beautiful in an antagonist is so picquant) antagonist, you have some hope for . . . pleasure.

shareI gave up last season, I just couldn't bear anymore of letting the bad guy get away when he's 2 feet away until the finale time. That was exacerbated by how lame Diaz was, literally.
shareThe show was excellent when it came out, great in season 2, and went downhill from there. I gave up at the start of s04. It became a soap opera with superheroes.
