After all of Rene Ramirez / Wild Dog's whining about Oliver being a former serial killer, Ramirez shoots the bad guys all the time. It's not possible that they were all minor flesh wounds that healed perfectly nor could he know that. It's stupid.

Wild Dog has been shown killing several people so far. Hell, he basically killed Derek Sampson and turned him into a zombie. His character is badly written.

I wish the writers would go back to the days when team Arrow simply killed the bad guys. It'd make so much more sense.
