Seriously, after 7 episodes and the Khan murdering the child Emperor I would feel absolutely zero loyalty to him. Especially hundred eyes who's love invited him to run away with her. What are Marco and hundred eyes thinking staying with the Khan?

shareWith Hundred eyes, not only is he there to protect the remaining temples, but I think he can see the kinder side of Khan. Hundred eyes has come to care for others as well so it would be harder for him to leave.
With Marco Polo, he is given some power, and actually paid attention to and cared about more than his actual father has. His father didn't want him to come with, but Khan trusts him more. I think Marco Polo does also see the kindness in him.
