beef between Bisgaard and Shaeffer
Anyone know what their past is?
shareBased on what Bisgaard said and what Schaeffer does, it's probably police protocol and action based on evidence or the lack thereof. Kind of like the TV series Medium.
As a result of following Schaeffer's 'other sense', problems and/or tragedy occurred under Bisgaard's command. Bisgaard shouldered the blame and no longer trusts Schaeffer.

Thanks Cosmic, I caught all that. But, I wondered if I had missed more about the story of what exactly shat went down that Schaeffer said he felt so bad about it. And, Bisgaard argued that others felt worse. I guess they haven't revealed more than that. Thanks again for the insightful reply.
shareSchaeffer probably raised hopes of retrieving a victim alive. Likely a young and inexperienced response. He's more guarded now.
