Considering the low ratings and move to LMN

Looks like it, though I have not seen any definitive statement. I did read something about how they have not been in touch with city of Pittsburgh regarding filming a new season, which is not promising.

We can hope another cable channel or a streaming service picks it up...

I would not be this optimistic. This show has already been moved to another channel once. Unless it doesn't attract a significantly larger audience it won't be renewed.
