You think so?! I thought it was a real "Bates and switch" tee hee. Seriously , though, I hated the switch and hated Rihhana or however, you spell it. She ruined the ep and atmosphere for me. Vera and Freddie, as usual, were stunning.
shareThe switch with the shower scene adds sooo much more to the characters and seamlessly ties together a long running arc and makes the symbolism behind the whole thing mean so much more than JUST doing the same thing again because it happened in the movie.
shareI just disagree. I felt duped for the first time with this show. Why the need to change how the story was written by Bloch? Yes the movie changed that but I wanted it to be faithful to the film premise.

When she got in the shower and behaved as Janet Leigh did then BAMM!! WTF! I was angry and felt manipulated for a gimmicky twist just because the writers thought it would be "different". Not nice.
