ok, so if people can kill only during these 12 hrs on this night each year & are allowed to, then what about having to prove whether each death they find was killed during these 12 hrs, is there cameras absolutely everywhere? is everyone tracked or traced with a chip and watched in some way or another since this is a futuristic movie although not too much further into the future from now?

I also felt that people could easily sneak more murders in after those 12 hours are up. There's no way to prove it. Lol
