I have won the arrow costume like 3 times and i never received my code. I wntered my stuff, i want my costume. Its my favorite show. Now it wont let me re enter my info on the site. Does anyone know how i can get my suit?

I have the same issue and have yet to get a response from them. It's insane...I need that costume.
