There is a mid credit scene folks.

Heads up as I'm sure some missed it.

Nothing too fancy just Henry Kessler (the black guy who told John about the doctor) in a trap, seemingly in the bathroom from the first movie, Detective Hoffman is in the scene alongside John, he's the one who helped John find Henry. Henry is in a trap that seems to have a claw like mechanism that will cut into his abdomen. Henry has no scar, he was in on the con the whole time. The rules of Kessler's 'game' aren't explained and no gore is shown. The scene serves as a tiny cameo for Hoffman more than anything else. Only last some 20-30 seconds I think.

No, machine started up and the guy started screaming but you could see it wasn't yet hurting him - he was screaming out of fear.

Watched it again, even slowed it and took screenshots... there are three shots after it starts moving and he starts screaming almost straight away but right up to the last second it hadn't broken the skin.

Unless there's a censored and uncensored version you're wrong... he 100% starts screaming before it breaks the skin and doesn't appear to ever break the skin.
