shareIt's safe to assume he takes it. He didn't do as she asked and she still send him new medicine. Also it didn't look like she switched it out for something lethal or anything.
What I'm more curious about is if she is really CIA, I was sleepy so I might have actually missed some crucial information, but what if she's from a completely different organisation, hell The Wolf's daughter maybe?
Seeing as she gave him new medicine after he chose to spend his last weeks with his daughter, she might be The Wolf's daughter who never got enough attention and just wanted him dead?
Uh the Wolf's daughter??? NO! VIVI killed him herself because Ethan wanted to honor his promise to his wife. The last gift was a sentimental gesture and I think Vivi was enamored with Ethan.
