Ridiculous and so clichés

I enjoyed only the first minuts of this movie, until the action takes place in Paris, my city.

Being a Parisian, at first it was fun to recognize every places. But there was so many clichés and mistakes that it ruins it all.
The French are once again poorly caricatured. What a shame !
The story takes place in impossible venues to follow up (even worse with a bike lol), it cannot dupe a person who knows Paris a little.

You would tell me, that's only a movie, it's not supposed to be realistic. But even the story and the acting was lame.

To end on a positive note, I'm glad I won't need 3 days to kill this poor movie from my memory :)

Your loss, mon ami. If that stupid kiddie movie Legos had not been in the way, 3DTK would have been numero uno! It did very well here in the USA. Don't be so judgmental. Just because you are in PARIS, doesn't mean anything to me. I enjoyed what they showed and I think the sites were beautiful. So you make a movie in Paris and ask us to critique it, eh?

It did very well here in the USA....?? Not by a longshot. In fact, it bombed. According to boxofficemojo.com, the total domestic box office take was a measly 31 mil, and that was with a release to 2800 theaters. Probably didn't even cover its production costs. The only reason it scored #2 at its opening was because of the terribly weak competition (Pompeii, Robocop, and The Monuments Men - all of which also flatlined). This was a stinker (and not because of its portrayal of Paris).

have you ever seen a movie filmed in New Orleans, la.

I'm sorry, I mean, you ever seen that there movies about NAAAAAAA Leans.

No. the Swamp is not adjacent to Bourbon street.
They all don't have a thick Southern drawl.
They are not all Cajun.
Mardi Gras is about 2 weeks before lent, not year round.

The Show Las Vages did an episode about them catching a theif in New Orleans.
The way they portrayed the people of New Orleasns made me want to shoot myself in the face.

You don't know me.
You only think you do.
