Help appreciated

Well a few weeks ago someone ('unauthorized' I suppose) very kindly uploaded Season 4 episodes (up to the one where Josh's mother commits suicide) to YouTube and I was able to watch all those. Then they were all taken down and no more after that.

And, naturally, since I've been hooked on this show since Season 1 when it was airing on Pivot TV, I'm now eager to know how many more episodes there were after that and what happened the rest of the season.

That last one I was able to view on YouTube was a particular poignant for me because my best mate's mom met a similar fate earlier this year and the whole group of us (who are close friends) have been dealing with the aftermath all this year. I was very pleased with how the show dealt with it in that episode. So I am curious how the characters developed since.

If anyone would be kind enough to either post a reply here in this thread (censored as spoiler of course is fine if you wish although those who can view in your own countries already know) or send me a private message with a short synopsis of subsequent episodes, I would really appreciate it.

I really to love this show and Josh Thomas is a genius modern-day story teller, I thoroughly have enjoyed his work.

I took a look on youTube to see if I could find another link, most just seem to be the obvious 'Click this not-at-all-suspicious virus ones'. It's a great episode and I do recommend watching it when you can. Hulu is getting it if you're in America and I think it's on a lot of international Netflixes, too. The episode with Rose's suicide was the penultimate episode of the season and possibly entire show.

A quick summary of the finale:

- Josh auctions off Rose's house and makes a cool million and a half off of it.

- Josh is in counseling throughout the episode and just trying to sort out his feelings. He discusses their relationship, his own worries with depression and everything. It's uplifting in the end, the psychologist tells him she doesn't think they need to see another as frequently.

- Ella and Tom rent a loft, which Ella isn't as keen on. Josh uses some of his inheritance to buy a nice apartment in the city.

- Mae wants Josh to talk to Allen about his feelings as he hasn't really opened up about his feelings. Josh gets him to when they're looking at an apartment when they reflect on their marriage.

- Hannah isn't in it as much, but she is with her ex who she has recently gotten back together with. Her and her girlfriend are out partying with Josh and his friends, so I think it's meant to signify that Hannah at least has someone else in her life. There's another scene the night before Josh, Ella and Tom move out where they're eating pizza with Hannah so she's also still part of their group.

- Josh speaks to Claire, who gives him a pasta maker for his new house. He's furious that she hasn't been there for him after his mum's suicide and they both admit their friendship is drifting.

- In Tom and Ella's new dingy looking loft they have a fight and she blurts out she wants to break up.

- Newly single Tom goes to Josh's new apartment and the two have dinner together. Sort of a full circle that they'll always have their friendship to fall back on.

Thank you Kaboom! Very kind of you. Yes I'm in the USA. Glad to know that Hulu will be picking up the show's 4th season, hopefully S1-3 as well. Fun to rewatch.

Can't believe Rose's house was worth 1 mln in Aussie money. WOW. Are home prices that high there? Didn't know...

Why is there a belief this was the last of the entire series? Has Josh Thomas indicated he's done with project? As a fan, I would of course prefer more to come.

As far as I know Hulu will have the entire series. Pivot, the original American sponsor, went bankrupt and that's why season four was only six episodes. Josh Thomas wasn't sure if they'd be renewed because of Pivot being canceled so they wrote the last episode to be the finale just in case. They're hoping Hulu will pick it up though and there will be a fifth season.

And yeah, there's a massive housing crisis in Australia and property is incredibly expensive, especially a nice house like Rose's in Melbourne.
