Middleburg Heights and me....advice

I live in Middleburg Heights Ohio. I will Not go into Cleveland proper. My600 lp Life and Hoarders buries alive are the closest i get to experiencing peoples lives "from the other side of the tracks". Not to be sounding small minded ...but we really dont have grossly obese people and hoarders in suburban community. That it seems more like a Cleveland problem. I am trying to be less close minded...but i just dont have any desire to go outside ths west side suburbs. I even feel its a step down when i have to drive to the market in Brookpark.
A few weeks ago i was having lunch at Parmatown Mall with our usual group of suburbanites. One of the new ladies was from Cleveland proper. She called me the other day and i Hung Up on her ! Am i being to narrow...is there life beyond Middleburg Heights? Your thoughts

How do you know? They are usually shut ins hidden away from everyone else.

Dude. You live in Ohio. While I'm sure its nice enough, its not London or Milan or San Francisco. Get over yourself.

I live in Napa. The idea of living in Ohio is like being consigned to Hell.

You have no clue who may be a hoarder unless you've been in every house in town on a weekly basis and know different. Anytime you have to ask about being narrow minded when you know you have described yourself that way well....who are we kidding?

You are smoking something weird.

Yup, there are obese people AND hoarders ON YOUR STREET! Trust me.

You just dont understand...its a way of life. Middleburg Heights is the be all end all. Theres no life once you cross Brookpark rd. On one side of the tracks you have Brookpark Skateland Roller Rinon the otherside of Brookpark rd...you have Cleveland. I dare not cross it.

reply

YOU are incredibly self absorbed, self centered and shallow. Stay on your side of the tracks, and do all of Cleveland a favor.

reply

Lol. I remember being in Charleston, where you could be from the right side or the wrong side of King Street.

reply

...you just dont seem to get it ! Once you have to Middleburg Heights...you have MADE IT. We even dont have to venture into downtown CLEVELAND to see good theatre...when we have perfectly fine theatre in PARMA. Please dont be envious of my way of life. I wish all the best.

reply

....just because we dont sit on our FRONT PORCH in pld recylner smoking generic cigarettes...people are having a major hissy

reply

If I had to live anywhere in Ohio I would shoot myself...

reply

My word...all this anger and i was only asking for a little advice and your all acting like gutter snipes. I'm sorry if i live on the ...oh how shall i say "the right side of the tracks". Please try to be a little more open minded. I wish you alll the best. Peaceout

reply

Whahaha, you have got to be trolling. None of this sounds real. However, assuming it is, I can't help but think, "sweet thing, thinking you've 'made it.' To some of us, you're still a Rust Belter, and there is nothing glamorous about that."

reply

You may very well have a good theatre, but your schools are certainly falling short!

I can't die! I have 43 twitter followers that depend on me! oh, and I have a daughter.

I live in Medina...After moving out of the "slums" of Middleburg heights....And there are big people everywhere.

I equate Middleburg Heights to OZ...and NO i dont mean that HBO prison show...what im saying is ...its like Dorothy opening that door from the lower middle class slum..and opening the the door to OZ. Everything is pretty and in technicolor. Thats what its like when you are lucky enough to reside in Middleburg Heights. Isnt it pretty to think so.
