Cynthia's episode was far too long. It was very interesting in the beginning, but I lost interest more than halfway through. Why was this ep 2 hours long? I wonder if they're all going to be like this.

As has been noted, all episodes have been two hours thus far, and probably will for the rest of the season.
But, like you, I have no doubt that they will lose some viewers because of it. Two hours is just too long to keep the interest for some. That's nothing against you and the others like that, but just a fact.
Time wounds all heels.
I love this show, but it's hard to watch the whole two hours in one sitting. So far this season, I've watched an hour, then finish it the next night.
