You're so right!!! And that's obviously part of the problem because this way, you also don't get full and just keep eating; I know this from my own experience, if I take my time and chew well etc., I will be full after an appropriate portion; when I stuff my face without thinking about it, I need more food!!
I think the biggest problem is these people don't realize everything they are doing wrong - that's why they are always so shocked when Dr. Now tells them how to change their eating habits!!
