Did Dr Now hire Molly?
Dr Now may have decided that Erica wouldn't be successful without Molly's support, but she needed to be in California for her job. Wondered if Dr Now hired Molly from the show budget to be full time care giver and food gatekeeper so the show would have a successful outcome. The show only seems to show successes -- except for Penny -- but most patient likely fail which would hurt Dr Now's reputation.
Molly was a stone-cold bitch, but might have decided to help her sister for money.
