Is the voice behind the phone who calls Christan Wolfe, and it comes across restricted line, does the voice belong to the lady at the home, who helped him finish his puzzle many years ago?

Despite seeing "the twist" coming a mile away. Still was entertained and intrigued throughout.

I totally did not see the twist of the main villain being his brother

but I KNEW when his friend got that "package" it would be the famous pic of the dogs playing poker since they had had a chat about it earlier.
