Convoluted, overlong, boring, Miscast

I had no clue what the plot was about or why Ben Affleck character wanted revenge. A mob boss, some woman died, and his dad got shot at a funeral? Lol what.

The film is too long and completely ruins the pace with the flashbacks to explain the already confusing plot which makes it BORING.

Now the I think Affleck sort of pulled off the character reasonably well but still wouldn't have been my first pick to play this role. Anna Kendrick is completely mistaken and comes off as some naive girl straight from college or something I really don't understand her casting. Anyways all in all just not a well executed film and I have no clue how it's a 7.5 average because this film is about a 5.8-6.0 at best.

I side with theteeto. You just don't seem very bright and you act as if that's the films fault. It's not.

You did not pay attention to the film. It wasn't your typical action movie it was more then that, it demanded your attention.

I disagree.

The credits listed "Key grip" and "Best boy", with no explanation at all. I had thoroughly enjoyed the movie right up to that point, but left the theatre on a real downer.

It's pretty funny to see you calling the film stupid in your other post, yet you obviously could not follow it or understand what was going on; then you go on to complain about the film actually explaining what is going on and you still have no clue what the plot is about. Hilarious.

The OP is correct.. this film is too long, convoluted and miscast. It wasn't difficult to understand, but it was unnecessarily convoluted.
