Where does Walt get off thinking he can say "because I asked for it." He did not secure the rights yet, so he has to have a more reasonable reason for wanting something. And if she says no mustache on Mr. Banks, then that's how it is. Not because he asked for it. I swear, Disney didn't give a *beep* about her father.

We also need to remember that this was Walt Disney. He owned the studio and by this time in his life was a very powerful man. When he asked for something it got done. Arrogant? Yes, but we wouldn't have his "world" today without some arrogance.

He had no right when the rights weren't his yet. It was her film because he made her a promise that nothing happens without her consent. So it's her film.
