Umm...Beyonce is very old fashioned and polite laced with proper southern mannerism. Why would she approach them like that?

Plus that was the 2000 Grammys so it was impossible for that to be Beyonce. Her hair color was similar to this random character, but she had braids and straight hair around that time.

Beyonce had her curly fro for Austin Powers in Goldmember and for Work it Out the music video back in 2002. She then went back to straight hair. 2001 she was wearing cornrows still.

that was not Blu Cantrel lmao. in real life thats a former member of the not so successful R&B group that Sevyn was in about 3 years ago called Rich Girl. her name is Brave Williams. now i dont know who she was portraying in the movie. i think she was just somebody who was plugged in to remind everybody that Left Eye's album didnt do too well. just like we saw some random guy plugged in to remind TLC that their "new cars" sucked.

I think ppl are over thinking who that girl was. When I first saw that scene,I just assumed it was just some random woman. If that girl was potraying someone famous I think TLC would have said a name when they put her in her place. Like when they saw Diddy in Reids office, T Boz acknoledged him and said "Sorry Puff". So if that girl was someone famous we would have known.

Portraying Beyonce or Mariah in a negative light (hating on left eye) could put tlc in jeopardy.

How would a random fan/presenter know that Left Eye is always acting out? It seemed more like someone in the industry or someone familiar with her said that.

It's definitely not Blu Cantrell. That Grammy Awards scene was from 2000 (when J. Lo wore that infamous green dress). Blu didn't come onto the scene until 2001 with Hit'em Style. That woman with the big, blond hair most likely was a presenter or random person backstage like others have already mentioned.

I'm not trying to be funny so don't take my comment the wrong way but why oh why does everything have to be Beyonce this and Beyonce that. I used to like her but her stans and the media have made me dislike this girl so much. I'm soooo sick of hearing about Beyonce. People act like she is the prettiest black woman ever (NOT) and the only black woman with the greatest singing voice (NOT). Sorry, didn't mean to derail this thread!

I agree with you. Her stans are pretty much unbearable. They need to realize Beyowulf is simply a reinvention of Tina Turner and she's dumber than a bag of rocks. She is also very phony and I just can't support her persona. Oh and call me when actually writes her songs instead of stamping her name on other people's work.

Angelina Jolie. Liz Taylor. Bette Davis. Charlize Theron. Mae West.

Yan,I agree Beyonce is overrated,but the woman who put Left Eye down did physically resemble Beyonce. Maybe Beyonce didn't look that particular way during the awards show in 2000,but that is how she normally looks.
