What if Fanmail came out before Crazy Sexy Cool?

I'm just wondering do you think it would have been a success in 1995 because Lisa did want a futuristic sound and Fanmail did have that sound. If Crazy Sexy Cool came out in 1999, I'm not sure how that would have worked. Fanmail sounded perfect for that era because it was heading into the 00's and music was starting to change up.

I don't think it would work. FanMail was a creation of Lisa's disappointment with CSC. It seemed like a compromise to keep Lisa in the group. Without FM, they couldn't tour.
