It was called A Diva's Christmas with Vanessa Williams. Its been so long since I've seen that movie and ABC Family don't even play it anymore for the 25 Days of Christmas line up. It came out back in 2002.

shareA Diva's Christmas Carol. She played the 'Jacob Marley' character that warns Vanessa Williams that she will end up like her if she doesn't change her ways. They used to show it on VH1 all the time when it came out.
It came out back in 2002.
