The first MCU Fantastic Four film is scheduled to come out before Kang Dynasty, so one assumes they will have a major role in the film. Kang Dynasty is also part 1 of 2, with Avengers: Secret Wars lined up for the following year. I assume they're are going to go a route similar to Infinity War/Endgame and end the film with a cliffhanger, and finish with a post-credits scene that expands on the film's ending, a la Infinity War.
