All other parents -innocent ........Most likely someone that didn't live in the town and came off of the trucks stop (Where the kids were playing ) and killed them - Agreed by 80 percent .


A psychopath may kill once or dozen of times . Psychopaths get bored easy . If there were other victims .....It just means they got better at hiding the bodies .
