Smells fishy ...

I'm a thirty-one-year-old from Cape Town, South Africa. I live on Kloof Street, up the road from "Sugar's" record store.

Let me make this really simple.

We grew up believing he was one of the biggest stars in the world. Everyone I knew had his album in their collection. My uncle first played Cold Fact for me when I was eight or nine years old. No one in the States knew about him (this I have to assume since the doc would be redundant if everyone there did know him, right?). He was living on the blue-collar breadline. He found out he had a huge fan-base in South Africa. He came here to thousands of unexpected fans. He went home and lives a modest life but continues to tour. That's it.

If it's a hoax, so is my life.
