I liked the newer cast being ghostbusters. I liked the premise with the ghost girl and I liked Phoebe. I liked how the OG opened up the containment unit to trap the villainat the end. I liked Walter Peck's role. I liked Winston's role. Frankly if you don't like it, just stick to the Ghostbusters 1984 board cause I am sick of all the negative comments. This and Afterlife get way too much hate. The remaining OG actors are over 70 years old now. Quit acting like they could be the main characters of a movie. Get over your disappointment that you didn't get the sequel you wanted.

I think people are disappointed they went the teens with proton packs route more than they are just mad the originals aren't running around an entire film catching ghosts. I dont think these films are terrible but they aren't what could have been considering the money dumped into them.
The originals could have been the main characters but it would have entailed restructuring the premise which is what they did anyone to market to a crowd that they really didnt even get to show up.
