Who would you like to see in the sequel?

If the original five characters return and the new setting is in a hospital, I'd love to see some scream queens in the sequel. I could see Mary Elizabeth Winstead portraying a doctor/one of the central characters. I'd also love to see Katharine Isabelle as the nurse/comedic relief underdog type character who's supposed to die early on but makes it further.

It would be cool for them to explore more on how the characters in the film are dealing and coping with being in a slasher film. I would want the film to explore more of their reactions and humanize them even more. I think that aspect would make the film feel more fresh.
