For a monster she seemed contrite about how the whole thing turned out and she seemed attached to him. I wonder if she actually did kill Clint or if she just left him somewhere, or maybe turned him into something like her. I dunno. That bit kind of made me think more than it should have for some reason.

It seemed like she had something of a different relationship with Clint than with the others. I'm not sure prior the to stairwell scene what she would have ended up doing to/with him.
It seemed though that she felt rejected by him which made her weep and then become enraged. I don't think that ended well for him given she picked him up and had her claws in him.
