Looks like a sequel is in the works.

Good god why? It wasn't very funny and all the plot points were tied up without any opening for a sequel!

Because by the looks of it - it made 4 times its money back at the box office.. a 400% profit is good enough for any studio to green light a sequel - no matter how mediocre it may be..
