It really did, and I loved McCarthy in The Nines, best role I've seen her in.

Hell she was even decent in Spy and Identity Thief, but this was garbage.

It was a funny movie; esp. when she's @ the fast food restaurant throwing ketcup packets @ her former boss! 

I haven't seen "Spy," nor "Identity Thief" yet, but Melissa M. is a great actress! 

I was surprised that it didn't suck - after everything I'd read. It started out somewhat distasteful but it had to show Tammy's 'growth'. I thought it had some heart and though not 'laugh out loud' it kept me entertained for the time it was on.
