I don't see how Grandma's drunken 'boob flashing' fat loser tyrade was

Yeh Lenore's whole speech there was way off the mark.

She was just publicly humiliated and called a fat, loser and given the 'Who would want that, look at her!?' speech – when she was supposed to be in her post-Ugly Duckling get up – by someone meant to be family...

And the response from Lenore. "You need to toughen up, it's not your grandma's fault she is a drunken, obnoxious old bitch - it's your fault for taking it so personally and not being *beep* perfect like me in my massive mansion. Og and it is way harder being a lesbian so quit whining and lose weight!"

Wow. Real positive message. Thanks Lenore!

I must admit that even though I loved the movie, this whole speech scene did throw me. Tammy had just been made fun of by a supposed loving relative and Lenore turns it around on Tammy to make it seem it was her and for her to grow up, ummm, I don't think so people, if a "loving" relative spoke to me like that they would be thumped, drunk or not. So yeah, this was the only scene that felt forced and didn't feel right, certainly not written properly thats for sure.

I thought Lenore's speech was great. No, Pearl's drunken tirade wasn't Tammy's fault, but everything Lenore had to say was true and Tammy needed to hear it.
