Who was the cop who said it was not his problem?

Well, to be fair, both Tammy and her grandmother got themselves into trouble and into jail in the first place, so there was nothing racist at all about what he said. I'm also tired of people saying something is racist when it isn't---you need to look up the meaning of the word again.
