I never would have known that was Jennifer Grey.

Yep. She is unrecognizable from what she used to look like.

I know she got a nose job, but I'm thinking she has gone back and done more.

Maybe in ten years she'll be one of those people who look disfigured from insane amounts of plastic surgery.

So the two leads from Dirty Dancing, one of them sadly passed away and the other one turned plastic... What a sad non-Hollywood ending¡

I wonder why she didn't just have a second surgery to reverse the first surgery? It was pretty clear, fairly quickly, that she had made a mistake. Just undo it... I would think a doctor could have put her nose back to how it was..... I wonder if she thought of that?

You can't just do that. They sawed bone, they can't just put it back. Also they probably cut out skin. The same applies.

Probably they could have done something to make her nose bigger again, but it would very likely look different than before and may never look good in general. It wouldn't worth it. Nose reconstruction is very risky.
