Did anyone almost turn this off within the first couple minutes?

I thought the first couple minutes were really boring. I turned it off and went to bed but when I woke up I decided to give it another chance and I was really happy that I did because it payed off. I thought the ending was a little silly like I would have liked to have seen them choose to get together in a better way but still I loved the relationship between the two of them.

RIP Cory Monteith your fans miss you dearly

This is exactly why you should always give any film or TV show a fair chance. Some movies in particular take half an hour or more to get going, TV shows can take several episodes.
A couple of minutes (whether you meant that literally or not) and the fact that you went to bed shows that you were obviously too tired to watch a film. I wish more people would realise things like this before giving up on a film and bashing it for being boring.
At least you gave it another chance and found that you actually enjoyed it.

me too. I didn't see the childhood moment but I'm sure it would've made sense and been more interesting if I'd seen that part. The only reason I stuck around to watch it was because my brother put it on and he usually doesn't let me hang out with him.

I actually didn't finish the part after when she's placed in the hospital. I just finished after several months.

That's exactly what I did too, but I felt bad for not giving the movie a chance and turned it back on and ended up loving it. Slow start but it does payoff.

I've never fooled anyone. I've let people fool themselves.
