Saw the documentary by the director
On the extras on blu-ray (got it from the library). And he comes across as a pretentious, artsy, clueless idiot. Pretty much what you expect after watching the movie.
What can you expect from some called Harmony? Clearly not his real name but one he adopted to be 'cool'. He keeps going on and on about how important his film is, how its so 'organic' and not 'fake' and how he is so proud of it.
There's zero substance in his talking or in the film. For all the talk on this board about the 'deeper themes' in the movie, the writer and director seems to have no clue about any of it.
He admits most of the shoot was about shooting drunk naked chicks doing dirty things which he then edited out, and the rest is just some artsy music video. What a complete waste of time.
