What happened to them, why didn't they help Alien with the final shoot out?

They were in the ER stuck inside a skinny crack head they had double penetrated [same orifice]

they had to continue the drug operation knowing alien was on a suicide mission. funny episode of Party legends have them explaining a night out after a day on set of Springbreakers
