Peeing on the road scene?

Found the scene to be gross. Dont know why they included it. Dont know if it was real or not but seemed unneeded

While I am not saying it was necessary to have that specifically, it seemed meant as an idea to contrast with the monologue going on over it with at the moment that that clip comes on being "we have seen some beautiful things here."

I was going to answer the OP's question but you said pretty much what I was going to say.

Many of the lines in Faith's voice-over monologues seem to align with scenes that are create an ironic juxtaposition or that highlight her naivete (or both).

It was included because that's the sort of thing you would see at one of these spring break gatherings. Its called realism.
