Hey Mr. Malick, This S**t has to stop !

When the name of a director gets mentioned more than the film and the cast you know that he is the reason you are watching the movie, so why are we still mentioning the name of Terrence Malick as if it was still important?

What really amazes me is how he can convince companies to produce this garbage. How does he convince big names like Bale, Blanchett and Portman to appear in a movie that won't add a single thing to their carriers, but wastes their time and make them pass other good opportunities.

Mr. Malick seems to have a lot of mixed emotions about a lot of things, and he fails every time to translate that to film, this *beep* belongs to your personal diary, or if you insist to include people then write a book, because it's obvious that you can't make movies anymore.

The guy hasn't directed a decent movie since The Thin Red Line, and that's 17 years ago. Every movie since then it's a waste of time, and after each movie I say to myself this is the last Terrence Malick movie I'm going to watch, but all the hype keep getting me back, but hopefully this will be the last one.

really, I thought thin red line was terrible. a war movie with no war. I agree this guy needs to go back into obscurity or back to teaching philosophy. this guy will cut you from the movie and still let you show up at the premiere with family and friends and not even tell you he cut your scenes. this to me is unexcusable, and disrespectful.

Yeah, I'm finally throwing my hands up. This isn't a good film. It should have been called Tarot Cards and walking on the beach. I even said to my friend that I know I'm going to see some walking out the beach. This one is just...WHAT?!

I only movies that works for me are the following:

Badlands
Days of Heaven
The Thin Red line

The Tree of Life (except for the walk on the beach and the dinosaurs) I know what he was trying to do but he went too far with them dinosaurs. A New world is ok visually but I wasn't into the Pocahanas love story.

It's ok to like more than one actor. :))

Yeah that's why he gets any accomplished actors he wants at a low fee although his movies aren't blockbusters...
