All his movies since "The Thin Red Line" are Christian…more and more so.

Malick seems to be a believer now.

"Badlands" and "Days of Heaven" didn't have this Christian views or messages.

They were more materialist, even marxist.

He wasn't a believer then, I suppose ?

It's like 2 different artists.
