Do rich people live?

Let's say the artists, screenwriters, celebs in this movie represent the "hollywood elite"(or rich people elite or similiar). They have it all, they have the looks(usually), the money, the mansions, the parties which they can have any time they wan't, they can more or less buy everything they have dreamt of.

But do they live?

While watching this it seems all the people in this "hollywood elite" are fake, they put on a act for everyone else, maybe because this act are meant to be in this kind of world, if you are a rich screenwriter and someone rich makes a really bad joke, you laugh because it is expected from the ones listening, if you are a top model you are "expected" to flirt with older rich mean etc.

But... do they actually live?
