Why? Because it's Terrence Malick and, whether audiences today feel the same, he still has an established fanbase who will always support him and his ideas, however opaque they are.
This is a man who's regarded by many to be a huge inspiration in his line of work - notice how many of his movies are always included on numerous "best movies ever made" lists - and is running out of time to say what he wants to about how the world runs now. And that happens to be films where a direct narrative takes a back seat in favor of the feeling of visual and tonal poetry about the complexity of the human condition and its relationship with the world and nature around it.
