Whom are these movies even made for ?
What age, or type ??
They lose millions, but still are being made. I have a thought on the matter.
I believe that these films are bankrolled by billionaires whom don't care about losing a few million. I also believe that the target audience is the actors that are in it , and the super rich. I can't see this touching 99% of the people on any level whatsoever!!

No idea. I loved Melancholia and I was trying to find similar movies which is how I came across this, but unfortunately I found this movie very boring and fairly pointless.

These aren't product movies like the comicbook and starwars ones... Nor are they prestige PR movies made to make the industry look good... These movies come from a personal sensibility, not to address the needs of a market, or target audience... π
