Just saw the preview

Watching the World Series & saw the first preview for this. Let me note that I love the AC video games (well not apart from the first one & unity) as well as fassbender & irons so am not a hater.
I hope it was just a poorly put together trailer as it made the film look atrocious. Looked more 300-esque then anything remotely historical.

Are you talking about the 40ish second TV spot? If so, they just released it in YouTube and... Yeah, it was VERY heavily edited and the dialogue was cut and pasted. It was good but also weird, so I get what you're saying.
